Double-channel Large Diameter Casting Cooling Roller Low Energy Consumption

Casting Cooling Roller Production:

The double-channel large-diameter cast main cooling roller includes a roller, an inlet guide, an outlet guide, an inlet shaft head pipe and an outlet shaft head pipe. The roller includes an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder coaxially arranged with the outer cylinder, and a plurality of spiral guide plates arranged between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. Two adjacent spiral guide plates constitute a spiral guide groove. The inlet guide and the outlet guide are respectively fixedly connected to the two ends of the roller. The inlet shaft head pipe and the outlet shaft head pipe are respectively installed on the inlet guide and the outlet guide. The large-diameter cast main cold roller has a simple structure. Due to the inlet guide and the outlet guide, the flow resistance inside the main cold roller can be effectively reduced, and the amount of cooling water flowing into the roller can be made more uniform, thereby improving the water delivery capacity of the main cold roller, improving the cooling efficiency of the main cold roller, effectively improving the temperature uniformity of the roller surface, and saving energy consumption.

Casting Cooling Roller Technical Parameters:

① Roller surface hard plating treatment, thickness 0.1mm, hardness HRC65, matte roller surface roughness Ra≈0.4;

② Concentricity ≤0.03~0.05, cylindricity ≤0.03~0.05, roller surface runout ≤0.03~0.05;

③ Roller dynamic balancing treatment, G6.3 level, final imbalance less than 500g;

④ Sandwich multi-channel structure, channel right-handed, active end is water inlet end, 1MPa water pressure test for 30 minutes, weld does not leak water;

⑤ Working pressure ≥0.4MPa.
