Dryer Cylinder Production:

Papermaking drying cylinder refers to a machine used in papermaking machinery to continuously dry the paper blank after pulp is formed. There are dozens of drying cylinders placed crosswise in a papermaking machine. Papermaking drying cylinder is a drum-type pressure vessel with rotatable shafts set on the ends of both ends. Steam for drying paper is passed through the inner hole of the hollow shaft at one end. There is also a water bucket in the cylinder to send condensed water into the hollow shaft at the other end for discharge. Drying cylinders are generally cast with cast iron and the outer surface is polished. The characteristics of many graphite flakes in cast iron can be used to easily separate the paper blank from the cylinder surface, so that the paper will not be stuck when drying.
